Cookies Policy

What cookies this site uses, what they do, and how to turn them off.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and scripts — perform comparable functions. Together they let a site remember your actions and preferences, and help the operator understand how the site is used.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function — for example, remembering your cookie choices and protecting form submissions against abuse. These cannot be switched off through our site.

Functional

Set when you interact with an embedded form. Our forms are provided by HubSpot, which uses cookies to prevent duplicate submissions and to associate an enquiry with your earlier visits.

Analytics

Help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into difficulty. This data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles.

Marketing

Used to measure whether a campaign led to an enquiry. These are only set where you have given consent.

3. Third parties

HubSpot supplies our forms and CRM tracking and sets its own cookies when a form loads. Their use of that data is governed by HubSpot’s privacy notice. Our site also loads images from a third-party image CDN, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings — the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge each explain how. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this site working, in particular the enquiry forms. Where we ask for consent to non-essential cookies, you can change your answer at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and reloading the page.

5. Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and there is no agreed standard for responding to them. We do not currently respond to DNT headers, and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page whenever our use of cookies changes materially. Questions can be sent to info@palettech.com. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
